The location was convenient and easily accessible from the M11. The hotel provided high quality towels for our family of four. The staff were cute and were great too assist us. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Access to the rooms was excellent.

We were amazed by the kindness of all the staff at the hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and the availability of facilities were excellent. The healthy, rich, and filling breakfast with both continental and typically British options, was a definite highlight. the hotel's location was convenient for traveling into central London, with easy access to transportation. The hotel was also located next to a large supermarket, making shopping convenient.
